- The customer is required to provide a copy of his/her photo identity and address proof documents such as driving license/voter ID/passport/ration card/PAN card/any other document issued by the government, bank account details etc. at the time of enrollment.
- Payment of monthly installment should be made by cash/DD/Cheque in favour of Dharam Das Hans Kumar Jain & Sons. The monthly payments to reach the showroom not late then 7 days of your enrollment date, which is the latest due date every month. Payments reaching beyond this will be treated as default for that particular month and also for bonus calculation.
- At the time of joining the scheme, each member will be supplied with online login user id on our dedicated portal he/she is required to carry/keep under his/her safe custody at all times. Member should ensure that all payments made by them are correctly entered on the portal and any discrepancy should be immediately brought to the respective store manager's notice for suitable rectification.
- Any change in personal information can be edit online by submitting your KYC.
- All jewellery purchased under the scheme will be subject to labour making charges, wastage, GST, surcharge, etc., as applicable.
- On completion of 11 months (330 days), the member can buy gold jewelery for the total amount paid. However, the time period shall not exceed 365 days from the date of enrollment.
- This is purely a jewellery purchase scheme. Under the same no refund of money is allowed under any circumstances.
- The customer has to buy the jewelery for the total installment amount paid and partial purchase is not allowed.
- The gold rate will be based on the company rate of gold prevailing on the date of purchase.
- Only individuals can enroll in the scheme and nominations are not allowed for other entities such as companies, partnership firms or proprietary concerns or trusts or NRI customers. Minors can enroll only through their real guardians.
- The Jewellery Store or Store Manager will not be responsible or liable for sending reminders for payment. However, you will receive the reminder mails from our official portal.
- In case of default the eligibility for purchase will be reduced by the number and the value of installment defaulted upon. Late payment will be considered as default or that date month and will be considered or appropriate reduction in the calculation of bonus, under the scheme
- Prepayment installment at one time and redemption (get bonus) there are before indicated date of maturity (on the statement) will not be allowed. If the number this is to prepare the entire installment, he/she will be eligible for bonus only on date under the scheme and not before.
- Gold coins cannot be purchased under the extra gold and diamond scheme.
- All customers/members are advised to read and comply with the detailed terms and conditions mentioned at the end of passbook.
